Shipping
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We don't currently ship internationally — including to US territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, or the EU. If your address is outside the continental US, reach out through our contact page before ordering and we'll tell you straight whether we can get it to you.
Shipping is free
Every order ships free. No thresholds, no surprise charges at checkout.
When it ships
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days. Everything — the plate, the remote, and both resistance bands — arrives together in one box.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it's been more than 2 business days and you haven't received tracking, reach out through our contact page and we'll chase it down.
Delays
Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Carriers occasionally run behind, especially around holidays. If your order seems stuck or lost, contact us and we'll sort it out with the carrier — you won't be left chasing a package alone.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it's with the carrier. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately and we'll try to fix it before it ships.
Damaged in transit
If your Nuvé arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your call.
