RETURNS & THE 60-NIGHT RENEWAL TRIAL
Every Nuvé comes with our 60-night renewal trial. Live with it for 60 nights from the
day it arrives — step on it every morning, or just the mornings you remember. If it
hasn't become part of your day by then, we'll take it back for a full refund.
How to start a return
Reach out through our contact page and we'll take care of you. You'll get a return
shipping label and simple instructions on where to send your Nuvé. Please don't ship
anything back without contacting us first — unrequested returns can't be accepted.
To be eligible, your plate should be in the condition you received it, with the remote
and resistance bands, in its original packaging where possible.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please take a look at your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged,
or not what you ordered, contact us right away through our contact page and we'll make
it right — that's not a return, that's on us.
Exchanges
The fastest way: start a return through our contact page, and once it's accepted,
place a new order for what you'd like instead.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period
If your order ships into the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return within
14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, under the same
condition requirements above. (Your 60-night trial still applies — this is just the
additional EU right.)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know it's approved and refund
your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks sometimes take a few extra
days to post it on their end. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval,
reach out through our contact page and we'll chase it down.
